北京车牌“过户”的两种方法
Thursday, January 12, 2012 – 18:00众所周知，在2011年1月1日起北京实施的限制购车摇号政策，与我们相关的信息基本如下：
1、北京本地人可参与摇号；
2、上一年纳税达5万元的公司可参与摇号；
3、外地人在京纳税满5年，同时社保满5年的可参与摇号；
4、在京满1年的外籍人，可参与摇号……
5、车牌不可过户，除非有法院的判决书干预。
